Hugo & Ross Turner
Adventurers
Hugo & Ross Turner are on a mission to help people learn about our world through new technology and purposeful adventure.
In 2007, Hugo narrowly missed paralysis after breaking his neck in a diving accident. In the mix of emotions that followed came a drive to follow their passion for exploration pinned on three values; purpose, discovery and always doing them together.
They’ve tested century old clothing, kit and equipment against the modern equivalent to find out how hard it was to be an explorer 100 years ago in different environments, reached several of the world’s poles of inaccessibility using hydrogen and electric technology and have just set an electric paramotor altitude world record.
